PLANNING & REVIEW

- Periodic Review on Each Projects to know the status, issues.
- Planning and Review of Projects by Using MS Project application.
- Managing the Purchases, Inventory &Accounting using ERP System.
- Tools Box meetings are carried out at Factory Floor on Daily Basis.
- Well Established Sourcing Network all over the India for the Raw Materials
- Periodic Review on Each Projects to know the status, issues.
- Use of AutoCAD for Shop Level drawing drafts enables Production for Manufacturing.
- Use of Nesting Software for 1D and 2D Material for Optimization of Utilization.
- Cross Functional Team (CFT) discuss Development Work as a part of Continual Improvement Program.
PACKAGING AND DISPATCH
PACKING
- Pre-dispatch Checks before all shipments has been noted circulated to the Clients
- All Commercial Documentation as per Govt. Rules and Regulations are followed.
DISPATCH
- Material is packed as per Customer norms and fumigated to Export Standards
- Packing List, Shipping Marks, Lifting Signs are Pasted on all Consignments.
- Safety of Goods, Vehicles, Transit is taken care of during Dispatches.
- Fixturing is done to load Critical & Asymmetric Jobs.
